Gorgeous photograph. Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words, huh? And a verse like that is worth a thousand heart and soul cries. Behold... He makes all things new. :)
Brin, I have been away from blogging for a while and have returned refreshed... only to find out that you've moved! I pray that your move has been smooth. I have enjoyed reading back over your posts and catching up. So sorry about your grandfather, but I appreciate your testimony to God's faithfulness. I love the quotes you share, too.
Brin, I so admire you. I am quite a bit older than you are but when I read your blog, I can totally understand the things you are going through. I envy your strenght in being able to pick up and move. I have had such a deep desire to move for so long, but I can not. My kids are here, my youngest is in 10th grade, it's a feeling of being trapped. I pray for your happiness and can't wait to see your new "Katrina" home built. I have been gone from blogging for several months, but when I logged on and saw what you were going through, I just had to send you a quick note to say that you have touched so many of us in "blogland" that I hope you find peace soon. I was so sad that you had lost your grandfather, you are strong my dear, and your faith is strong also. Take care, I will continue to read and live vicariously through you. You make me wish I was younger and braver blessings, Valerie
Hi! I'm Brin. My husband Matthew and I live in the Texas piney woods. Join me as we farm, keep bees, cook, knit, and live one beautiful and messy, thrilling life!

I love God. I have faith. I worship. But I do not know the Bible well. Thank you for revealing scripture.....today's was just what I needed.

Perfect as always Brin!
Great Scripture reminder, but I must say that in my "dark" days I somethings think, "Reveal, already!!" C
are you suffering ?
Sweetie, you just keep holding on to those promises. Things will turn around in His time. Hold on to His hand and he'll keep you close! B.
There is always hope in our faith. Have a beautiful day pondering the future! Hugs, Heather
Hope!
That is the only hope we can "truly" believe in! Thanks! This may just have become my new favorite scripture verse.
I love that verse. Thank you for the dose of inspiration.
your land is beautiful
How could someone NOT believe in the one true God after seeing that photo.
Gorgeous!
Have a blessed day.
Hugs from NE Texas.
So true Brin. Praying that you might find a good job(that you are use to) and find what it truely is that God wants you to do right now.
Faith will always pull you through the hard times.
